Motel Policies 2012 Season
WE ARE A FAMILY MOTEL
Check In and Check Out
Check In: Anytime after 3:00 PM on the date of arrival up till 10:00 PM (unless other arrangements have been made with the motel office.
Check Out: 10:00 AM NOTE: Please return guest keys to the front desk at Check Out
Deposits
1 nights deposit is required in advance to hold your reservation. Payments may be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Telephone reservations are held for 7 business days. If the deposit is not received during that time telephone reservations will be cancelled unless arrangements are made with the office.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Balance of Payment is due upon arrival in cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. NO personal checks as payment upon arrival.
Cancellations
NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations, early check out, inclement weather or any other reason.
Parking Only one car per room.
Pets No Pets Permitted
Smoking All rooms are Non Smoking (you may smoke outside of the room)
Bikes No bikes are permitted in the rooms. A bike rack is available outside
Swimming Pool
The State of NJ requires ALL Children under the age of 16 be supervised by an Adult while in the pool and pool area. Pool Hours 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM
Other
Because we are a family motel we request you be courteous and keep noise down after 11:00 PM
Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc. are not permitted to be used on motel grounds. There is a bike path across the street for your use.
