Terms & Conditions
- Children 6-years-old and younger are free.
- Specials are for the exact number of nights & cannot be combined with any other specials or offers.
- Rates apply to advanced reservations only. Rates are based on availability and are subject to change. All prices are subject to local and state taxes.
- Rates guaranteed only for reservations made & deposited received prior to May 1st, 2025. Save 5% prior to booking reservation on all rates (excludes special package rates) with reservations confirmed with a deposit before May 1st, 2025.
- 50% deposit is required upon reservation. Deposit is refundable only if notified 21 days in advance of arrival date. Balance due upon arrival.
- CHECK-IN TIME : 3 PM, CHECK-OUT TIME: 10 AM
- NO pets allowed. No smoking in motel unit, on unit balconies or unit walkways.
- Parking for one car per unit.
